Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reporting is an essential component of pharmacovigilance and patient safety. This mixed-methods study investigated the determinants of ADR reporting for antimalarial medicines among healthcare workers in Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria, contributing to the growing evidence on pharmacovigilance in malaria-endemic settings and providing insights to strengthen ADR detection, reporting, and patient safety within malaria treatment programmes.
